Role Overview
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Health Care Assistants to provide high-quality, person-centred care to our service users. You will support individuals with daily living tasks, promote independence, and uphold the highest standards of dignity, safety, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, grooming).
• Support with mobility, moving & handling, and use of equipment.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and following care plans.
• Offer emotional support, companionship, and encouragement.
• Accurately record care notes and report any changes or concerns.
• Adhere to safeguarding, infection control, and health & safety procedures.
• Work as part of a team to deliver safe, effective, person-centred care.
Requirements
• Caring and compassionate nature.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and professionalism.
• Willingness to undertake training.
• Enhanced DBS (or willing to apply).
• Right to work in the UK.
Desirable
• Previous care experience.
• NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care.
