👥 Who We’re Looking For:

• Kind, patient, and respectful attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to travel between service users (if domiciliary)
• Right to work in the UK

Desirable:

• Previous care experience (but not essential – full training provided)
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care
• UK Driving Licence & access to a vehicle (for community care roles)
