For confirmed Care Angels employees, the agreed pathway records £110 Mandatory Training and the £25 Care Certificate programme separately, subject to an approved employer service agreement and role-specific requirements.

Level 2 or 3 is considered only after prior qualifications are evidenced and a training manager approves the course, price and funding route
Online lesson completion is not practical competence. Workplace observation, assessment and authorised sign-off remain required where the programme specifies them.
