These limited website terms avoid replacing the organisation's approved learner, cancellation, refund, complaints or appeals documents, which remain pending publication.
Published information
Course information, availability, prices and funding details are taken from the current published course record. They may change when that record is updated. Funding is subject to the stated scheme and individual eligibility checks.
Registration
Submitting a registration does not guarantee a place. The confirmation screen explains whether staff approval, capacity checks or payment are required before enrolment.
Qualification identity
Awarding-organisation names, qualification references and certificates remain the identity and responsibility of the organisation shown on the relevant record.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse forms, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service or submit information you are not entitled to provide.
