Completion records, certificates and assessment decisions are stored with a full audit trail you can present to regulators.
Funded training options
Eligible adult social care employers may reclaim costs through the DHSC LDSS scheme. It is a reimbursement, not automatic — check current eligibility and evidence rules.

Accredited qualifications
Regulated qualifications from Highfield Qualifications and Focus Awards, delivered online, in the workplace or blended where available for the course.

Care Angels new starters
The approved pathway is controlled, not automatic by assumption
A confirmed employee can be matched by permanent staff ID. Allocation remains subject to the signed employer agreement and approved role configuration.
Discuss the pathway- £110 Mandatory Training charge and £25 Care Certificate charge recorded separately
- Verified current training is preserved rather than repeated
- Online lesson completion does not replace practical competency, workplace observation or assessor sign-off
- Level 2 or 3 progression requires qualification evidence and authorised manager approval
- Funding is checked per learner and cannot be assumed or duplicated
