When you send an enquiry or register for a course, we collect the information shown on that form. Account holders also provide information needed to administer learning, assessment, payment and support.
How it is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, process registrations and payments, review eligibility or approval requirements, create and administer learner access, provide training and assessment, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations.
Who can access it
Public enquiry submissions are visible only to authorised staff. Learner, employer, staff, payment and assessment information is kept behind sign-in and role-based access. Public certificate verification shows limited information and preserves the named issuer.
Marketing
Submitting an enquiry or course registration does not by itself mean that you agree to unrelated marketing. Where marketing is offered, consent and unsubscribe preferences must be respected without deleting the underlying learner record.
